END OF AN ERA- HQ GYM

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the decision to officially close HQ Gym.

It was a decision made out of vision.

HQ has been one of the most rewarding chapters of our lives. Together we’ve built more than a gym. We’ve built friendships, memories, careers, physiques, and a community that we’ll forever be grateful for.

With that said, this post serves as our official 30-day notice. HQ Gym, H&I Nutrition, and Alpha Kitchen Shake Shop will all be concluding their current chapter as part of this transition.

As of today, nothing changes. The gym remains fully operational, memberships remain active, and we will continue serving our members exactly as we always have. One final membership draft will occur during this billing cycle, and all active memberships will remain valid through July.

If you are a member who paid for a year in advance, please watch for communication from us . We will be reaching out directly with information regarding your account and available options.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be communicating with members more thoroughly on a case-by-case basis regarding next steps, membership questions, and future opportunities.

While this announcement may seem abrupt, there has been a tremendous amount of thought, planning, and reflection behind this decision. The reality is that Fargo now has more quality fitness options than ever before. In many ways, we were fortunate to help lead the way and watch new gym concepts emerge throughout our community. That’s something we're incredibly proud of.

Now it’s our turn to innovate again.
